Inclusion Solutions has developed the OrderAssist System to make drive-thru's accessible to the 28 million deaf and hard of hearing American drivers. Please take a moment to see our news video about OrderAssist System. As of now, Culver's is the main company using this product throughout the country. We now have almost 30 locations in the network. See below for the list. We are working on adding other restaurants but you can help us. Most of the restaurants don't know of this as a big issue and unless you ask for it, they will remain unaware of how to better serve the deaf and hard of hearing community in the drive thru and the restaurant. 3. PASS THE IDEA ALONG
OrderAssist is available to any drive-thru restaurant that decides they want to better serve the deaf and hard of hearing community. Tell nonparticipating restaurants about your experience. A personal letter to the owner, manager or even the CEO of a company brings to focus your concerns as a valued customer. If you don't communicate your frustration, how do people know about it?
